On your User dasboard, go to business settings, then;

1) General Setting 

• Time zone: Here you select the time zone of your country 
• Language: Select your default Language
• Backend Direction: Select if you want words to read from left or from right
• Date Format: You can select you date format across your invoices
• Time Format: Select between 12 or 24 hours’ time format

2) Currency Setting

• Currency Position: Choose where you want you currency to be displayed
• Thousand Separator: Type how you want to separate you figures in thousands
• Decimal Separator: Type how you want to separate you figures in points
• Decimal Place: Type in how many decimal play you want to allow

3) Invoice Setting

• Invoice Title: Type in your own custom name for sales invoice
• Invoice Primary Color: Select your unique sales invoice color
• Invoice Footer: Type in you desire information for customers ( this will appear at the bottom of sales invoice)
• Invoice Column Setting: Here, you can choose to hidden some column not to appear on sales invoice
• Quotation Title: Type in your own custom name for sales quotation
• Quotation Footer: Type in you desire information for customers ( this will appear at the bottom of sales Quotation)
• Quotation Column Setting: Here, you can choose to hidden some column not to appear on Quotation
• Purchase Title: Type in your own custom name for purchase invoice
• Purchase Footer: Type in you desire information for customers ( this will appear at the bottom of purchase invoice)
• Purchase Column Setting: Here, you can choose to hidden some column not to appear on purchase invoice

4) Payment Gateway

With the various payment gateways, you can create account with any of them and start collecting online payment when you share invoice with your customers

5) Email Settings

Email configuration gives users the possibility to email their customers invoice using their own email directly from simple bookin system. Users can configure their email either by us SMTP or Sendmail. If users email customer’s invoice without setting up email configuration, then customer will instead receive email from simple bookin email address.

6) Update Business  

Here you can update your business information by filling the form. You can update your business name, business type, country, and Registration number of business, Vat Id of the business, email and phone number. You can also edit your domain name, choose currency, address and logo.
